We offer a 15 day money back guarantee on first time orders of an item. If you are experiencing issues with your item or your order is incorrect, please chat with us online or text us.

If your item arrives broken or damaged please chat with us online or text us and have photos of the issue ready to share. Once approved, your replacement will be shipped within 1 business day.

For International returns, the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend insuring your package.

Please allow up to two weeks for any approved refunds to be credited to your original form of payment, and note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
